Customization
At custom memory we pride ourselves on providing technical support to every customer whether big or small.
Submitting Vector File-
To achieve the best printing quality, we require that you submit vector type of graphic files (such as Adobe Illustrator's AI file) to us for production. If you are not sure if your file is production-ready in vector format, you may want to ask your design department to create a vector art file, though we are happy to do the vectorizing for you. Please note that graphics submitted as raster art (such as JPG, BMP, PSD etc) are subject to a vectorizing fee.
Identifying Pantone Colors-
To help with consistency in print mediums, when submitting your logo file, please also include the Pantone (Pantone Solid-Coated) numbers of all colors used in your logo. If you don't have specific color codes, our professional graphic artists could also identify the Pantone Solid-Coated colors that match your given colors as closely as possible. Black and white do not require Pantone matching. However, all shades of gray do require matching. Process printing, laser engraving, and hot-stamping do not require a Pantone number.
After receiving your logo file, we will provide a digital mock up FREE OF CHARGE. Once the digital mock up is approved, you’re ready to place the order!
